Here is my take on what needs to be done to make the minutes acceptable. Most of the changes have to do with pointers to presentations, which awaits getting the presentations up (on the Wiki - i.e., a reasonable notion of where they should go). Aside from these issues, the minutes look quite reasonable. The agenda should also probably be updated with presenters and presentations. peter Session 1: needs pointers to presentations Session 2: needs presenter name and pointer to presentation Session 3: needs presenters names and pointers to presentations needs chit-chat removal Session 4: needs presenters names and pointers to presentations needs reordering (particularly of voting) needs resolution of who is guest Session 5: needs presenters names and pointers to presentations Session 6: needs presenters names and pointers to presentations needs chit-chat removal Session 7: needs identification of what start of sesion is about needs chit-chat removal needs presenters names and pointers to presentations Session 8: OK
