The draft minutes on the wiki are ready for editing by the scribes. The
scribes have agreed to do their edits by the next telecon, then everyone
else will have a week to review them.

Scribes are asked to add sub headings (=== Like This ===), to try to
make the minutes easier to follow.
People are welcome to add summaries, etc, if they clearly note who is
the author of the summary. (I'm happy to help work on HTML styling for
such summaries, if someone writes some.)
