morph module telco replaced with eLex paper discussion

Hello everyone,

I hope you are doing all well. I decided to postpone today's morphology 
module telco to next week because I still have to work through all the 
outcomes and raised issues that resulted from the OntoLex Face 2 Face 
meeting last week.

@Julia: can you please share the link to the document with me in which 
you wrote down the minutes?

Instead I would like to use the telco slot to discuss the full paper 
submission of the eLex paper some of us are writing together about the 
current state of the module development. It would be great if all 
co-authors can, therefore, attend the call.
