Yes, the section on lexicography (
https://www.w3.org/community/ontolex/wiki/Lexicography) has been updated
with new examples and a diagram. A solution is proposed to deal with issues
1, 3, and 4 (I was not able to find more examples of issue 2, so I suggest
to skip it for now).
