Mainly agree to document Section 3: https://w3c.github.io/odrl/formal-semantics/#section3
"Semantic of Permissions" updated
New sections (to be agreed) on Semantics Prohibition and Obligation added
Need to clarify the semantics of Duty - confirm it is a pre-condition.
Next meeting of sub-group: 10 July
