Nicoletta reported on the most relevant changes made to the document, 
which consisted of a further clarification on these issues: (i) a 
uniform terminology was defined and used more consistently (activation, 
obligation, etc.); (ii) the activation conditions, which are different 
for "permissions" and "prohibitions and obligations, is more clearly 
described; (iii) a more clear formulation of the aim of an ODRL 
Evaluator, which is determining the activation value of ODRL Rules.
Changes were discussed, and a call for reading the current draft was made.

ACTION: Nicoletta to convene the next meeting.
