Updated ODRL Core Model

The ODRL 2 Core Model has been updated [1]:

1 - Normative changes

Added profile attribute to the Policy class (see section 2.1.2) - Issue 15 [2]
(removed the former Profile Section 4)

NOTE: The XML, RDF,  and JSON specs will need to add support for the new "profile" attribute

2 - Editorial changes

Figure 3.7 - added the Relation:Target to the UML diagram association between the Asset and Duty
Added directional arrows to all the UML instance diagrams
