Validator.nu and other tools updated

Hi,

new version of HTML+ITS support was today deployed at validator.nu --
the latest state of ITS spec is reflected here. W3C validator hasn't
been updated yet as I haven't got replies from people who is
maintaining. But I'm trying.

Also I have updated various HTML and ITS related tools at:

There is also new stylesheet which can convert XHTML+ITS into HTML5+ITS:
