RE: ITS 2.0 support in DocBook - INFORRMATION DISSEMINATION

Hi Jirka,

Please send me the same you provide Serge. I will disseminate it to the JIAMCATT community, currently over 750 IT and/or management oriented persons in the language services of international organizations and EU bodies.
I'll be presenting ITS 2.0 at the annual JIAMCATT meeting in Nairobi a week from today.
Kind regards,
olaf-michael

Can you please send me short piece of news about this?

I will post it in:

GALA Standards group (1,000 subscribers from the entire industry);

Localization professionals group (19,500+ members from the entire global industry).

I think that we need to inform people about what’s going on with the project.

Tomorrow I am running FEISGILT Announcement in the group, and can do this several days later.

I need the short paragraph with popular explanation understandable for the "layman" (average PM so to speak), AND the link to the more detailed explanation.

Let's make the news!

Regards,
Serge

Subject: ITS 2.0 support in DocBook

Hi,

please find attached draft schema for DocBook V5.0 + ITS 2.0.

Question for others? What will be the best place where to place information about using ITS 2.0 within DocBook and DITA?

Jirka
