There is no Web-LT meeting today. Web-LT meetings are now on Mondays.

If you are talking about the weekly call to prepare the MultilingualWeb Workshop in Rome in 2013, it is indeed on Wednesday at 15:00 CET (=14:00 BT = 09:00 ET), and the IRC channel for that one is #mlw.
But there is none today, Oct-31, because of the W3C TPAC in Lyon.
