The list of "Issues and Proposed Features" was started after the recommendation was out. They represent concerns we noticed or feedback we received after 1.0 was final. They don't have necessarily any specific link with the non-covered requirements listed in http://www.w3.org/TR/its/#introduction For those I think if anyone think one still corresponds to a current requirement, he should propose to add it, otherwise we forget about them. We've done that to some extend already: like for the white spaces. Cheers, -yves
