ACTION-74: Check ITS 1.0 future work is included in the req document

Hi Guys,
After a quick check, we seem to be tracking requirements for everything 
addressed in:
http://www.w3.org/International/its/wiki/IssuesAndProposedFeatures

Also, all ITS 1.0 data categories are included, just so we keep tracking 
them and considering any  advances or implementation changes.

However, there are also a list of requirements on the ITS1.0 wiki (see 
issues links from http://www.w3.org/International/its/).

The ITS recommendation (http://www.w3.org/TR/its/#introduction) 
identifies the following of these as not covered, which don't match 
exactly those in the Issues and Proposed Features.

Felix, Yves, could you advise whether we should be checking through 
these also for inclusion, or does the Issues and Proposed features 
represent the consolidate set of outstanding requirements?
