You're not a pain and I share your frustration of not enough quick progress. Currently, the dif between the previously published WD and the current one is only marginal and worst, it does not reflect all the nice decisions and discussions we had during our last f2f. I would like to have the WD updated so that it does reflect these decisions and I believe it can be done quickly. Completing most of the actions in the tracker would clearly help. It seems that Yves has a lot of burden on his shoulders. I will suggest on Wed telecon we make sure to have all the actions done in 8 days max (we might re-affect actions) and request immediately after a publication. Cheers.
