For each class/interface that implements Constrainable, there MUST be a
corresponding registry [...] In addition to the standard atomic types (boolean,
int, float, DOMString), legal values include ***lists of any of the atomic
types***, plus min-max ranges, as defined below [...]
The part within *** should not be possible and should be removed.
