Update Mapping Table Youtube

Hello everybody on the list,

my name is Matthias Einbrodt and I'm a student at the University of
Applied Sciences in Potsdam.

I did a revision of the Youtube Mapping table and hope to discuss with
you my ideas regarding the mapping presented within the Working Draft
Ontholgy for Media Resource 1.0.
