User Interface Contrast Ratio Thresholds - sandbox

Here is a sandbox of various form elements with different border or fill contrast ratios ranging from 3:1 to 2:1. 
Note that these are intended to test either the border against the page background, or the fill against the page background. The text inside buttons should still meet SC 1.4.3.

We may want to consider a different ratio requirement between the element background /page background ratio — from the element border/page background ratio.
