LDP F2F agenda

I've updated the F2F page [1] with objectives for the meeting and a more
detailed agenda. I would very much appreciate feedback on these.

I found it rather challenging to set a precise agenda at this point but I
tried to take into account the following:

- breaks and lunches are pretty much set by TPAC, although some slight
variation is possible
- the crux of the work is going to be to start digging into the list of
issues we now have and try to make progress on as many of them as possible
- I'm not sure how many issues we can go through before exhaustion starts
kicking in though
- to allow for remote participation from the US it would be nice to keep
some of this stuff to be discussed later rather sooner during the day

To try and minimize the exhaustion factor I tried to split heavy topics
into several chunks of time that I mixed with other topics. I didn't go as
far as trying to list which issue will be discussed when though.
Allocating specific amount of time to each issue seems too arbitrary at
this point and I'm thinking we may be better off playing it by ear so
that, for instance, if we are tired we can tackle an easier issue next.

However, if you think differently please let me know. If those who will be
participating remotely could let me know if there are topics or issues
they especially care about and at what time it might be more convenient
for them to have them on the agenda I'll be happy to try and accommodate
as much as possible.

All comments and suggestions are welcome.
Thanks.
