Re: U+1824 & U+1826

Hi Greg,

I found sample of genetive dotted U+1824 and U+1826 in old mongolian 
document.

     u_ue_with_dot_14.jpg
     u_ue_with_dot_15.jpg

I also received request from Professor Kuribayashi about dotted U+1824 
and U+1826 with NNBSP.

So, it is better to have a dotted Isolate U+1824 and U+1826, I think.
