I think I agree with you on the need for the 185E/1873 isolates.
If we follow U+1822's pattern, then we need both the Final default loop as well as the Isolate+FVS1 loop.
Good observation - I had not noticed this in the past.

It is better to has a second isolate sibe i (185E) and manchu i (1873).

Or, need U+202F+i(185E) and U+202F+i(1873) usage in sibe and manchu.
