Btw, the Chinese translation only ever covered a small proportion of the text, and much of that was removed with the latest edits. I think that the scripts used to manage the switch between translations may also be out of date now. So i propose that i remove the remaining Chinese translations from the document, and associated markup and scripting. Any objections? ri r12a wrote on 04/07/2023 16:23: > I just posted a first cut at reduction and reorganisation of the document. > https://w3c.github.io/tlreq/ > > If you want to see the changes, there are so many that i recommend > comparing with > https://www.w3.org/TR/tlreq/ > > Apart from the orthography overview, the sections containing the real > technical details about layout still need to be addressed, I have > begun work on that, but it isn't yet published to GH. > > I also made some additions to the respec_2022.css style sheet, mostly > related to transcriptions. > > ri > > > > > Fuqiao Xue wrote on 04/07/2023 04:26: >> Hi Richard, >> >> Since no one is currently actively maintaining the tlreq doc, I won't >> object to removing these sections and pointing to more up-to-date >> content in your document. >> >> Thank you, >> >> ~xfq >> >> On 2023-07-04 00:47, r12a wrote: >>> chaps, >>> >>> I'd like to remove a lot of the material from the tlreq doc, since it >>> was copied from my doc at https://r12a.github.io/scripts/tibt/bo.html >>> and my document is more up to date.
