I18n Comments

Members of the i18n Core WG considered your responses yesterday. We decided
that the responses that Richard has already sent as personal comments
reflect our areas of continued concern. We accept your resolution for the
other i18n comments, and thank you for working so hard to resolve them all.

For the sake of clarity, we will list here for each comment whether or not
we are currently satisfied.
