Re: [clreq] Revise for “字宽”/“字寬”, “character width”, and “em” (#466)

I know no one listens to me here but I’ve long maintained this but em ≠ 字寛. The two are fundamentally different because em is defined as height (of the design grid), not width, and as soon as we talk about condensed or expanded type (very common back in dot matrix days, paradoxically) the equivalence falls apart. It’s unfortunate we’ve chosen to ignore this basic error in terminology.
