Re: [clreq] Revise for “字宽”/“字寬”, “character width”, and “em” (#466)

Em and 字宽 are not identical.

In the context of this PR, it’s quite comprehensible that the term “em” is used as a translation (not a definition) of 字宽, where 字宽 means a kind of unit widths in East Asian typesetting (aka. fullwidth).
