[clreq] Pull Request: Revise for “字宽”/“字寬”, “character width”, and “em”

To resolve #465:

- In Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese, change `em` into `字宽`/`字寬`.
- In English, translate `字宽`/`字寬` or `汉字字宽`/`漢字字寬` into `em` when used as units.
- In English, reword `character width(s)` into `em` when used to describe length, gap, or spacing.
- Mark the revised English lines as `checkme`.
