xfq has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/jlreq: == Japanese text rotated 90 degrees == Japanese text is sometimes rotated 90 degrees in some official documents. I wonder if it's valuable to document this in jlreq (especially about how 欧文/約物/ルビ/圏点 work in this case)? See https://github.com/w3c/type-samples/issues/96 for an example. There is also a feature request in CSSWG: https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts/issues/4921 Please view or discuss this issue at https://github.com/w3c/jlreq/issues/214 using your GitHub account
