hgroup grouped hx tags. There is some argument sub-*titles* may fit
in an hx tag, but certainly not all the other things people wanted
or needed to use hgroup for (mottos, slogans, taglines, etc).

Unless hgroup had been changed to permit p's and whatnot...  that
could have worked.
