I agree with Silvia that a delay on this issue would be beneficial. I think there is a clear need to be able to associate a transcript with a media element in the HTML5 timeframe, but I have several concerns with the approach taken in the existing proposal. Unfortunately, I don't currently have a sufficiently defined proposal to make. I will work to develop one over the next two weeks if the chairs will grant me an extension. Thank you, Ted
