Please remove the following text: "One such alteration is provided, as an example, in the diff below. The editor is free to apply this diff or to make such alterations as he deems sufficient to disambiguate this section from the various IANA registrations in the spec. " Concurrently, feel free to modify the patch provided based on input from Ian or anybody else you wish.
