I attached a diff to the bug around the same time I did the revert. As far 
as I know it accurately and completely represents the decision, including 
the issue that was raised earlier which I had previously "corrected" due 
to my not realising that the decision could be taken literally on that 
particular matter (which in retrospect was quite foolish of me).

I wasn't sure what "posted to the WG" meant in Maciej's e-mail, so I 
assumed attaching the diff to the bug was enough. Hopefully this e-mail 
closes the loop on that.
