HTML5 Profiles - First Editors Draft

The first draft of the HTML5 Profiles document is ready for feedback.
It's a tiny spec, which will hopefully mean that reviews will be quick
and we can decide whether to do a FPWD on it or kill it. I don't expect
publication to happen for this round of Heartbeat drafts.

For those that don't recall the conversation about this spec, please
refer to this thread:

http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-html/2010Feb/0683.html

The spec does the following:

* Generalizes the profile attribute to all elements for scoped
indication of vocabularies and metadata processing rules.
* Provides a more thorough and rigorous definition of the profile
attribute for languages that include the attribute.
* Provides errata for the profile attribute in HTML4 that brings it
in-line with current usage in Microformats, GRDDL and RDFa.

The timestamped version of the spec can be found here:

http://dev.w3.org/html5/profiles/drafts/ED-html5-profiles-20100522/

Things that need to be done at this point:

1. If you have any feedback on the specification, please note the
   feedback on the mailing list.
2. If you support publication of the specification as a FPWD, please
indicate your support via the mailing list.

If there is enough support for FPWD, I will integrate as much of the
feedback as possible and can have a FPWD-ready document within a month.
