"Delete details element" ISSUE-93 was raised after the decision policy was put into effect, so at this time the chairs would like to solicit volunteers to write Change Proposals for this issue. http://www.w3.org/html/wg/tracker/issues/93 http://dev.w3.org/html5/decision-policy/decision-policy.html#escalation Shelley Powers has offered to draft a change proposal for ISSUE-93 by March 31, 2010.
