Re: spec verbosity and algorithms

> The clearer the better. Visual language, pseudo language would be better than the verbose prose *only*. Maybe an opportunity, not for the spec, but for a document on the side or a wiki with representation of all algorithms.
Or put something more pleasant to read and still specific in the main part of the spec and the detailed descriptions of algorithms in an appendix (or a few if such grouping happens to be appropriate) as numerous other W3C specs do already.
