Hasn't this action been overcome by events long ago (October or thereabouts) when Hixie integrated ARIA into HTML5?

Wouldn't it now be a better idea to review what the spec says for diffs from what I guessed instead of producing a matrix as if the spec didn't already have ARIA in it?
