I.e. where you are the bug reporter, are cc'ed, > have voted for the bug, etc. It is in "Preferences" under the "Email Preferences" Tab: http://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/userprefs.cgi?tab=email Select "enable all Mail" and check all the boxes that you want.
