Larry asked about the status of Issue-10 [1] and Issue-73 [2] at our Dec 17 meeting.  I took ACTION-166 [3] to check on the status of these issues.

Maciej, Larry and I discussed these issues and the Chairs have changed the description of the disposition of these two issues to reflect how they were closed.  See [4].

This completes ACTION-166.
