invitation to observe PF meeting

The PF working group will be discussing HTML issues for most of Tuesday at TPAC next week.  We'd like to invite any members of the HTML WG who are interested and available to join us for all or part of the day.  We will be discussing PF issues for the joint HTML Accessibility Task Force.
