Hello Everyone,

I started a Wiki page to list HTML Task Forces [1]. I included the
four that I am aware of: Accessibility, ARIA User Agent
Implementation, Forms, and Testing.

If I missed anything, please add it. If I got anything wrong, please
revise or let me know and I will. Thanks.
