I propose that we take the document the Geoffrey has produced, and
publish it at http://www.w3.org/TR/web-forms-2/ (in order to make
it clear that Web Forms 2.0 has been superseded by HTML5).
(Tracker, this is ISSUE-72.)

This fixes the link to HTML 5. Provided nobody can see any more stupid 
mistakes, I see no reason why it can't be published as is.
