HTML 5 currently defines that character set names must be matched with US-ASCII whitespace and punctuation ignored. However, Unicode TR22 defines a slightly different algorithm at <http://unicode.org/reports/tr22/#Charset_Alias_Matching >. Should the two not become one? -- Geoffrey Sneddon <http://gsnedders.com/>
