Hello! I have reviewed the 3.2.4.2. "Vaguer moments in time" section of the HTML 5 spec. [1] Given the quote from the spec: "The algorithm may return nothing (in which case the string will be invalid), or it may return a date, a time, a date and a time, or a date and a time *and and* a timezone. Even if the algorithm returns one or more values, the string can still be invalid." There's an obvious error: duplication of "and".
