+ Robin and Philippe I suggest the W3C Team help us here since I don’t want the publication cycle to go forward only to have the WebMaster refuse to publish MSE and EME on the TR page refer to registries somewhere else unless we get prior notice that this is okay. /paulc Paul Cotton, Microsoft Canada 17 Eleanor Drive, Ottawa, Ontario K2E 6A3 Tel: (425) 705-9596 Fax: (425) 936-7329 From: David Dorwin [mailto:ddorwin@google.com] Sent: Monday, February 09, 2015 5:54 PM To: Paul Cotton Cc: Jerry Smith (WINDOWS); Mark Watson; Aaron Colwell <acolwell@google.com> (acolwell@google.com); Adrian Bateman; public-html-media@w3.org; Michael[tm] Smith Subject: Re: MSE and EME heartbeat publications On Mon, Feb 9, 2015 at 2:41 PM, Paul Cotton <Paul.Cotton@microsoft.com<mailto:Paul.Cotton@microsoft.com>> wrote: > Do we want to include the registry like we have before (http://www.w3.org/TR/encrypted-media/initdata-format-registry.html) or point to the Editor's Draft on GitHub. Are there updates in the Editor’s Drafts? If so I suggest we include them? Yes, there are updates. However, I don't think the registry is supposed to be in TR/. For example, the MSE CR references http://www.w3.org/2013/12/byte-stream-format-registry/. See https://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=26573#c0 and https://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=25581#c2. Until we (fix bug 26811<https://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=26811> and) establish such a stable URL, we either need to include them in the TR/ path as they are today or refer to the GitHub URLs. /paulc Paul Cotton, Microsoft Canada 17 Eleanor Drive, Ottawa, Ontario K2E 6A3 Tel: (425) 705-9596<tel:%28425%29%20705-9596> Fax: (425) 936-7329<tel:%28425%29%20936-7329> From: David Dorwin [mailto:ddorwin@google.com<mailto:ddorwin@google.com>] Sent: Monday, February 09, 2015 5:12 PM To: Paul Cotton Cc: Jerry Smith (WINDOWS); Mark Watson; Aaron Colwell <acolwell@google.com<mailto:acolwell@google.com>> (acolwell@google.com<mailto:acolwell@google.com>); Adrian Bateman; public-html-media@w3.org<mailto:public-html-media@w3.org>; Michael[tm] Smith Subject: Re: MSE and EME heartbeat publications EME is ready.
