Yes, there are updates. However, I don't think the registry is supposed to
be in TR/. For example, the MSE CR references
http://www.w3.org/2013/12/byte-stream-format-registry/. See
https://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=26573#c0 and
https://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=25581#c2. Until we (fix bug
26811 <https://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=26811> and) establish
such a stable URL, we either need to include them in the TR/ path as they
are today or refer to the GitHub URLs.
