RE: MSE and EME heartbeat publications

Are there updates in the Editor’s Drafts?  If so I suggest we include them?

EME is ready. Do we want to include the registry like we have before (http://www.w3.org/TR/encrypted-media/initdata-format-registry.html) or point to the Editor's Draft on GitHub. (We'll need a better solution for stable references separate from the spec before LCWD.)

Mike, what publish date should we use and what is the process for staging WD files for you.

I think the EME spec is probably about ready, but I won't be able to work on this until at least mid next week. One of the other editors is welcome to do so. There may be some publishing issues to address, such as the registry reference.

At yesterday’s Media TF meeting we agreed that the MSE editors should publish a heartbeat of the MSE CR specification which was last published in July 2014 [1].

Since the EME WD specification has not be published since Aug 2014, can we also publish a heartbeat of the EME specification?

Perhaps the Editors can coordinate this work and the documents could be published on the same date?
