EME is ready. Do we want to include the registry like we have before ( http://www.w3.org/TR/encrypted-media/initdata-format-registry.html) or point to the Editor's Draft on GitHub. (We'll need a better solution for stable references separate from the spec before LCWD.) Mike, what publish date should we use and what is the process for staging WD files for you.
