At the recent F2F meeting I believe we agreed to continue using Bugzilla for reporting EME bugs. Accepting change proposals in the form of pull requests is up to the Editors (in my view).

As discussed at TPAC and per Action 70, the EME source control repository has been moved to GitHub. Please use https://w3c.github.io/encrypted-media/ when referencing the Editor's Draft.
EME files on the dvcs server now redirect to GitHub, but the dvcs server may be decommissioned in the future.
