Does this mean that github issues and pull requests can be used for bugs/contributions? That would make it so much easier for me to participate (for better or worse).

EME files on the dvcs server now redirect to GitHub, but the dvcs server may be decommissioned in the future.

MSE will be following a similar path soon, and there will be a separate announcement.
