[Bug 13022] The whitespace formatting of the interface is really inconsistent (tabs vs spaces?)

Change Description: no spec change
Rationale: See comment 2.  It's meant to have the word "attribute" line up when
there are both readonly attributes and non-readonly attributes.  Looks weird,
but it's intentional.
