The removal of @longdesc leaves specific user-requirements un-met.
Call it what you want (@titan_arum), we need to ensure that the
user-requirements are addressed. aria-describedby
(http://www.w3.org/TR/wai-aria/) alone does not meet all of these requirements,
so it appears that the only other solution is to introduce a new attribute or
re-visit @longdesc and find ways to improve it to address concerns surrounding
it's flaws.
Since it has been decided that @longdesc is fundamentally broken, this bug
revisits the needs requirements and leaves it to the engineers to propose a
workable solution.
