This isn't really a bug any more, but now more a requirement statement. You
could keep it open and wait if it gets satisfied when media a11y specs get
integrated into the W3C spec. Or you can close it at this stage and should
there be a need open it newly when the time is there. I would probably close
it at this stage, since WebSRT has been removed from the spec for now.
