Re: Proposals from initial bug triage

Hi Martin,

Thanks to you and Marco very much for working on the bug list.

The majority of the text alternative bugs were created for Issue 31 at
Maciej's request, as the alt issue predates the HTML Decision Policy.
Many of them already have the keyword "TrackerIssue" applied, so they
are escalated and should not be reopened per the Decision Policy.

Hopefully the majority of the text alternative bugs will be settled
with the decision for Issue 31.
